THE TERM “YOU” REFERS TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY, AS APPLICABLE, IDENTIFIED AS THE USER WHEN YOU REGISTERED ON THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES.
The Platform, the Site, the Services, and the information and content made available on the Site and through the Services (as these terms are defined herein) are the sole property of Variant and its licensors.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with this Agreement, Variant grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and nontransferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with their designed functionality for your personal or internal business purposes.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Variant may permit you to sign up for a list of individuals (“Waitlist”) from which Variant may select individuals to test certain trial or beta products or features, including the Beta version of the Platform (“Beta Products”). You acknowledge that any Beta Products to which you are given access are in a beta stage of development, and you use any Beta Products at your own risk.
Our Service may utilize certain publicly available artificial intelligence platforms (“Third Party AI”) to generate certain responses, templates, or suggestions based on your inputs. All Results are provided “as is” and with “all faults,” and Variant makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Results.
You acknowledge and agree that Variant may update the Services, including Beta Products, with or without notice to you. You may need to update third-party software from time to time to use the Services.
Variant grants you a limited nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use framing technology or a text hyperlink to link to the Platform for noncommercial purposes, provided the link does not portray Variant or our affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise defamatory manner.
The rights granted to you are subject to restrictions such as: not licensing, selling, renting, or commercially exploiting the Services; not using framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary materials without our consent; not using automated tools to scrape data; and not reverse engineering the Services.
By entering into this Agreement or using the Services, you agree to receive communications from us, including via e-mail, text message, and push notifications. Standard messaging charges may apply.
In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to become a Registered User. A “Registered User” is a user who has registered an account on the Site (“Account”).
You may sign into your Account using a compatible third-party service, allowing Variant to access your Third-Party Account in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You are responsible for all equipment and software necessary to connect to Services. You are also responsible for any fees incurred when accessing the Services, such as Internet or mobile fees.
Variant is not responsible for Content that users upload, post, transmit, or make available through the Services. You are responsible for all Content that you upload or share.
Except with respect to Your Content and User Content, Variant owns all rights to the Services and their content, including software, concepts, and documentation. Trademarks, logos, and other service marks used on the Services are the property of Variant.
You grant Variant a license to use, distribute, modify, adapt, and display Your Content for the purposes of providing the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
You agree that any feedback or suggestions you provide to Variant may be used for any purpose without compensation to you.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Services.
