Why use this framework?

The 8-hour problem validation framework is a quick and structured way to get to a certain level of confidence without spending a lot of time and money.

The key points of the framework:

1. First, decide on your pivot metrics.

2. Make sure your problem hypothesis contains a description of your target user, their job-to-be-done, and the challenge they face while doing that job-to-be-done.

3. It is also important to list the tools they use to try to work around that said challenge.

4. Formulate two closed-ended questions and one open-ended question

5. Spend a maximum of three minutes per interviewee - and be willing to pay them for their time
